I’ve immersed myself in the world of dentistry for nearly two decades now, and it’s been quite the adventure. Not in my wildest dreams could I have envisioned entrepreneurship or where life would take me.
I started off in dental hygiene school and began dental assisting and front office duties between classes. I eventually really found my stride as a Practice Administrator who just could not get enough of the revenue cycle. I continued on by completing the ADA’s dental coding certificate program, maintained my Fellowship designation with the American Association of Dental Office Management, chaired Dental Assisting Program advisory boards, and became the Vice President of the Dental Manager Collective of Boston.
What I began as a "side gig" during nights and weekends turned into a full fledged dental billing company (Essential Dental Services) that I built from the ground up, scaled it into a seven-figure dental billing company with an an incredible team, and ultimately sold it in 2024.
That journey changed everything. Not just financially - but personally. Because somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn’t just passionate about dental billing - I was passionate about building. Building systems. Building brands. Building businesses.
And now? I help other dental entrepreneurs do the same - with less guesswork, fewer expensive mistakes, and far more clarity than I had when I started.

I was knee-deep in dental practice management - leading teams, streamlining systems, and learning every corner of the business. These years sharpened my operations skills and planted the seed that I could build something of my own. I didn’t know it yet, but everything I touched during this time would become the groundwork for my next chapter.

After years of helping practices thrive, I took the leap and launched my own dental billing company in 2021 - while also welcoming my son into the world. Juggling new motherhood and entrepreneurship wasn’t easy, but it lit a fire in me. I was finally building something from scratch - and it was growing faster than I could’ve imagined.
Big Shifts, Bigger Dreams
Those scrappy early days turned into a thriving seven-figure business. I built a team, created systems, and eventually sold my company in 2024. It was the wildest ride - and also the moment I realized how much I loved building something. I started business coaching some dental billing company owners at the beginning of their journey and I was on to my next business: One Wild Brand.
Scaling & Selling
While building Essential Dental Services, I fell in love with the world of branding, web design, and social content. I’ve always been deeply creative, tech-savvy, and drawn to building things that not only work well - but look incredible too. What started as a passion inside my own business has evolved into helping dental entrepreneurs, dental offices, and businesses of all kinds elevate how they show up online through strategic web design, cohesive branding, and social media that actually connects. It’s where creativity, strategy, and entrepreneurship finally collided.
Now: 2025 & Beyond
This season looks a little different and a lot more aligned.
These days, you’ll find me coaching dental entrepreneurs, building educational resources, speaking, podcasting, and growing One Wild Brand - where I bring branding and strategic design to entrepreneurs ready for their next level.
Turns out sometimes your biggest pivot becomes your biggest purpose.
Now I get to combine everything I love - dental, business, education, and branding.
